Tasting Notes:

Difficult to capture in a bottle, the rare, shy white cranberry is fully ripe. It has all the nutrients, flavour and pigment of the red cranberry, but different characteristics that make for a slightly sweeter and less acidic wine. Because this wine can vary dramatically in colour from year to year, each vintage is unique. The 2007 is a beautiful apricot colour with a slightly floral cranberry nose. On the palate, the soft sweetness forward is followed by a lingering cranberry finish. A nicely balanced wine that is ready to drink now as an aperitif or with soft cheeses, poached fish, or lightly seasoned chicken.

We harvest a limited quantity of white cranberries every year. As a result, this wine is only available at the winery or through online ordering. Make sure you get some before it's gone!
